Thinkstack Add Ons

Add Ons are responsible for adding extra stuff on top of your current plan. This section helps you understand what’s available and how each add-on works. These are charged separately from your main subscription.

How to Purchase Add-Ons ?#

To purchase an add-on, log in to your Thinkstack account. You must be on at least the Basic or Pro subscription plan to access add-ons.

Go to your Thinkstack account, then click the profile icon in the top-right corner > My Account > scroll down to the Add-Ons section. Choose the add-on you want and complete the purchase. Add-Ons

Add-ons should be purchased only from the Add-Ons section under 'My Account'. Add-Ons Purchase

Add-ons will appear on the Manage Plans page in your billing dashboard, but please do not click the Update Subscription or Upgrade button next to add-ons there. Doing so will direct you to subscription plans, but selecting a plan from this list will not upgrade your add-on or subscription.

If you want to upgrade your current subscription plan (such as from Basic to Pro or Ultra), please select your current plan name in Manage Plans and upgrade it from there.

Once purchased, the add-on will automatically be applied to your account and become available in the relevant sections of your dashboard.

Available Add-Ons#

Remove “Powered by Thinkstack”#

This add-on removes the “Powered by Thinkstack” label from your chatbot interface. It is ideal for businesses looking to maintain full brand consistency in their customer communications.

Pricing: $25/month (Recurring)

After successfully purchasing this add-on, go to the General Settings of your chatbot. You’ll find the Powered by Text option available for editing. Set it to Hide and save the changes. The “Powered by Thinkstack” label will then be removed from the chat interface. Remove Branding

Message Credits#

You can purchase additional message credits to ensure your chatbot runs without interruption. These credits apply to all chatbots in your Thinkstack Account.

Monthly Recurring: $8 per 1,000 credits/month.
Choose a monthly plan to automatically receive the selected number of message credits in multiples of 1000 each month. Unused credits do not roll over.

One-Time Purchase: $8 per 1,000 credits
Buy message credits as a one-time purchase in multiples of 1000. These credits will remain in your account until fully used. One Time Purchase

After successfully purchasing this add-on, go to the homepage of your Thinkstack account. You’ll see the increase in your available message credits reflected there, based on your purchase.

Add-Ons have their own billing cycles separate from your main subscription plan. When you cancel your Thinkstack subscription (Basic, Pro, or Ultra), any active add-ons will be scheduled for cancellation but will remain active until the end of their respective billing terms.
